So we are just 7 days away from the launch of Samsung Galaxy Note 8, Samsung’s upcoming flagship smartphone. We already know almost all internals of the phone. But for 99% confirmation, we are waiting for benchmark leaks. Till now we got Geekbench leak, but now it’s time for other two. Yes, today Samsung Galaxy Note 8 is spotted in GFXBench and AnTuTu Benchmarks. So let’s see what’s inside this Galaxy Note 8.
1st let’s talk about AnTuTu. According to AnTuTu this Galaxy Note 8 will come with Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 835 processor, along with Adreno 540 GPU. It has the unique 1080×2220 display resolution due to it’s 18.5:9 aspect ratio. On the camera side it has 12MP Rear Camera along with 8MP Front Camera, seems like AnTuTu can’t detect the secondary camera as many other devices who has Dual Camera Setup wasn’t got detected by AnTuTu, like OnePlus 5. If we talk about storage than it will have 6GB of RAM with 64GB of internal storage, so this phone will be 1st Note device having 6GB RAM. Also it runs on Android 7.1.1 nougat out of the box, with Samsung’s own experience UI on top.
Now coming to GFXBench, this Galaxy Note 8 will have same specifications as we have seen in AnTuTu. Only new thing mentioned here is the screen size, which is the previously leaked 6.4 inch but with different resolution i.e. 2960×1440 . Now that’s because in Galaxy S8/S8+ Samsung added a new feature which can change the display resolution between Quad HD/Full HD/HD. There’s nothing new or changes between both benchmarks.
So that’s all the information we have. Now as we got the leaks from all three benchmarking websites, we can be sure that Galaxy Note 8 will have all above mentioned specs. But as we have seen with previous Galaxy Note 7 and current Galaxy S8/S8+ , this Galaxy Note 8 will have another processor variant in some regions i.e. Exynos variant. And this Galaxy Note 8 will have Exynos 8895 processor, same as Galaxy S8/S8+. So what are your thoughts on these specs ? Do let us know in the comments below.
