The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo is gearing up to launch the new Vivo X Fold 2 and X Flip smartphones in the market of China on April 20. The former is the successor to the first-generation X Fold while the latter is the first clamshell flip phone of the company. The devices appear online with complete specification details. According to the latest information, the upcoming Vivo X Fold 2 will feature a 6.53-inch exterior display along with 2,520 x 1,080 pixels resolution while the interior screen will feature 8.03 inch panel along with 2,160 x 1,916 pixels resolution. Both displays will offer a 120Hz refresh rate along with HDR10+ support and the devices are also coming with an in-display fingerprint scanner.
It is also reported that the upcoming Vivo X Fold 2 will feature a rectangular island and the same is accommodating a 50MP main sensor along with a 12MP ultra-wide-angle sensor and a 12MP telephoto lens. Both the interior and exterior screens will reportedly feature a 16MP front facing camera.

While the upcoming Vivo X Flip is reported to feature a 6.74-inch AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ support. The device will also feature a horizontal screen on the back panel and the same will offer a 3-inch display. The upcoming device will be coming with a 50MP primary sensor and 12MP sensor on the back. The device will feature a 32MP selfie camera.
The device will be coming with the power of a Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 SoC along with 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.0 storage. It is tipped to be backed by a 4,400mAh battery with support for 44W charging.
