The device is coming with a 90Hz refresh rate display. The device will also come with the power of the Exynos 1330 mobile processor. It is housing a massive 6,000mAh battery on the board and the device is running on Android 13 out of the box.

The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G features a 6.6-inch PLS LCD display along with an Infinity-V notch design and 1080 x 2408 pixels resolution. The device is also having a refresh rate of 90Hz.
It is running on Android 13 with One UI Core 5 and the device is also supporting a side-mounted fingerprint scanner for an additional layer of security.
Speaking about the camera department, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G features a 13-megapixel selfie camera while the back panel of the device is having a 50-megapixel primary camera, a 2-megapixel macro camera, and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The primary camera on the back is capable of shooting Full HD videos at 30 fps.
The Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is powered by the Exynos 1330 mobile processor along with 4 GB of RM and 128 GB of storage that can be expandable using a Micro SD card.
Samsung Galaxy M14 5G is backed by a 6,000mAh battery along with 25W fast charging. Regarding the connectivity options, the device supports dual SIM, 5G, Wi-Fi 802.11ac, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, GPS, a USB-C port, and a 3.5mm audio jack.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Samsung Galaxy M14 5G with 4GB RAM and 128GB storage option is having a price tag of Rs. 13,490 while the 6GB RAM and 128GB storage option is priced at Rs. 15,490. The devices will be available from April 21 in the country.
