Along with the new Vivo X Fold 2 and Vivo X Flip, the popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo has also introduced its new tablet called the Vivo Pad 2. The newly announced Vivo Pad 2 features a 12.1-inch LCD display along with 2.8K pixels resolution and a 144Hz refresh rate. The device is also supporting HDR10 as well as 600 nits peak brightness. It is also compatible with a stylus and keyboard and the latest Vivo Pad 2 features a self-developed simulation writing engine. It is capable to offer real and tactile feedback which is similar to the experience when we write something with a pen or pencil on paper.
Vivo is offering the Vivo Pad 2 with four full-range speakers along with two tweeters and the same can offer sound output up to 6W. It also features a metallic unibody with a light and thin form factor.
Speaking about the camera department, the Vivo Pad 2 tablet features a circular rear camera module and that is accommodating a 13MP primary sensor and a 2MP macro lens along with an LED flash. The device is also coming with an 8MP front-facing camera.
Under the hood, the Vivo Pad 2 is coming with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9000 processor along with up to 12GB LPDDR5 RAM and 512GB UFS 3.1 storage. The device is housing a massive 10,000mAh battery along with 44W fast charging solution. It is running on Android 13 with the OriginOS 3 for Pad out of the box. The operating system is also offering a comprehensive cross-screen collaboration between the tablet and mobile as well as PC.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest Vivo Pad 2 is priced at RMB 2,399 and RMB 2,799 for the 8GB + 128GB and 8GB + 256GB variants respectively. While the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB storage models are coming with a price tag of RMB 3,099 and RMB 3,399 respectively. The Vivo Pencil and Smart Touch Keyboard cost RMB 499 and RMB 599 respectively.
In terms of colour options, the device is available in Harami Blue, Nebula Purple, and Far Mountain Ash color options.
