The developers of the world’s most favourite instant messaging application WhatsApp currently working on a new setup that will enable businesses to display a verification mark on their channels and the information is spotted on the latest beta version of the instant messaging application.
The verification mark will be in blue colour instead of the existing green colour and this will make a uniformity across Facebook as well as Instagram and WhatsApp. The feature is spotted on the WhatsApp beta for Android and the same will be available to testers very soon. This particular feature is still in development stage and the same will be available in the near future to the stable version as well.
WhatsApp is targeting the business users of WhatsApp and that will enable them to show a verified mark on their channel. This mark will be available for the accounts that are created for their businesses. To get the verification mark, users need to have the subscription of Meta Verified and individual users as well as non-business accounts will not be able to add the verification mark on the board.
