Nothing has officially introduced the Glyph Interface developer kit for its signature feature and this will enable developers to create and sync custom LED light patterns that can be integrated with their apps. In other words, users will get more supported applications with the signature element and that will bring a unique experience as more and more applications will be supporting the lighting.
Nothing has made available the developer kit on GitHub which provides all the necessary tools along with instructions for developers to tap into the LED zones on both first-generation and second-generation phones. Nothing Phone 1 will enable developers to program 12 individual zones while the second generation phone will offer a total of 33 programmable LED areas.
So let’s wait for more supported applications to the signature element of the London-based smartphone brand and we would like to know your thoughts about the same in the comments section below.
