This is really beneficial as we know that digital crimes especially financial losses are increasing day by day. The new fraud insurance is included with Truecaller premium subscription and the same is available for existing premium annual subscribers as well.
The new fraud insurance feature of Truecaller will be available on both Android and iOS platforms. You need to manually activate the insurance on Truecaller and the same will be renewed automatically with the Truecaller premium subscription every year. You don’t need to go through any paperwork for the new insurance. Now let’s check out the steps to activate the insurance.
How to Register for Fraud Insurance?
You can able to claim the insurance after reporting a crime, and you need to visit the self-help portal of HDFC ERGO Insurance Company by clicking the insurance card in the Truecaller app. Check out the step by step guide to register for Fraud Insurance in Truecaller.
First of all, you need to open the Truecaller app.
Now you need to tap on the Premium Tab.
If you already subscribed for the premium membership then it’s okay otherwise you need to subscribe it.
Now you need to select Fraud Insurance and opt-in for the insurance.
