The Google owned navigation app was started its beta testing 2 months ago, and now it is finally makes its way for Android Auto. Which means if you have a compatible vehicle, then you can download it on your infotainment screen.
If you are a user of Waze, then update it to the latest version and simply connect it with your Android Auto compatible vehicle and you will able to launch it on your in-car display (just like you launch on your mobile).
Waze for Android Auto provides you update on accidents, Police sightings, delays and hazard reporting based on other driver’s feedback. Google Maps is the default navigation app on Android Auto vehicles, but if you love to use Waze then you can make it as your default app by long pressing on the navigation icon.
So, if you have an Android Auto supported car then download or update the latest version of Waze from the Google Play Store.
