The very popular instant messaging platform Telegram has introduced a new third-party account verification system on the board and the same will allow public figures or companies that are already verified by Telegram to turn to verify others such as employees working for them.
The new verification system is targeted to help prevent scams and reduce misinformation. Individuals aur groups will be getting the ability to verify others. It is worth mentioning that they must already have an official bot verified by Telegram.
Any account that will be verified using the new third-party verification system will be getting a logo next to the name. When someone opens that particular profile, he or she will see a detailed explanation of the status and what it means. Telegram also says that the new verification system is separate from its internal verification system.
Moreover, Telegram is also offering new search filters that will allow you to refine a list of results from private chats, group chats, or even channels. You can also set custom emojis for folder names, reactions for service messages, and eligibility to upgrade gifts to NFTs.
