According to the latest information, the upcoming MediaTek Dimensity 8500 processor will be a 4nm chip built by TSMC. It will be coming with the Mali-G720 GPU. The processor is reported to achieve an impressive AnTuTu benchmark score of over 2 million points.
The processor will be powering multiple new devices and it is expected that the upcoming Redmi Turbo 5 could be the first phone to come with the latest Dimensity 8500.
It is also expected that the Poco X8 Pro will be coming in the global market in January 2026 with the same processor. The report also says that brands including Honor, Oppo, OnePlus, Realme, and iQOO will also launch Dimensity 8500-powered smartphones.
