OnePlus ends Hasselblad collaboration

After a long five years of partnership with Hasselblad, Pete Lau has announced that the company is ending the collaboration with Hasselblad from the upcoming OnePlus 15.
OnePlus has worked with Hasselblad to refine color science and image processing. The company has also confirmed that it will depend on its own imaging platform called the DetailMax Engine. It is also said that the company will target to provide clarity and realism.
It is also said that the company is planning to rely on advanced computational imaging to offer detail-rich results. The company has also expressed gratitude to Hasselblad for the achievements made together.
Dolby Vision 2 announced

Dolby Vision 2 is officially announced and the same is built on today’s brighter and more colorful TVs while giving creators more control over brightness, contrast, and color accuracy. The new Dolby Image Engine works with a wide range of content including films, TV shows, weekly live sports, and games.
Hisense will be the first TV brand to be introduced with the newly announced Dolby Vision 2. Its premium RGB-MiniLED televisions are powered by the MediaTek Pentonic 800 chip with MiraVision Pro PQ Engine. Huawei Mate XTs launched

The device comes with the three-panel folding structure and the same unfolds into a 10.2-inch tablet-sized display. The company has introduced the second generation phone with a tweaked hinge for a better folding experience and the device is powered by the Kirin 9020 processor along with 16GB of RAM and up to 1TB of storage.
The Huawei Mate XTs features Huawei’s own XMage imaging platform and the device comes with a 50MP main camera along with a 12MP periscope camera and the device also features a 40-megapixel RYYB sensor for ultra wide images. The device also comes with features including ultra-clear panoramas, personalized color cards, AI-assisted composition, and enhanced color science.
Huawei has introduced the latest Huawei Mate XTs with HarmonyOS and the device supports PC-level productivity apps like WPS Office, Wondershare Drawing, and Wind Financial Terminal. The device also comes with advanced multitasking with flexible multi-window layouts. The device also comes with the new M-Pen 3 stylus and the same supports global annotation, handwriting-to-text conversion, and a clever “split-screen excerpting”.
Tecno Pova Slim launched in India

The Tecno Pova Slim 5G features a 6.78-inch AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 4500 nits. The device comes with a 50-megapixel primary camera on the back and the device also features a 13-megapixel selfie camera.
It has the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 6400 mobile processor along with 8GB of RAM and 128GB of internal storage. The device runs on Android 15 with HiOS 15 out of the box. The device houses a large 5160mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging along with 10W reverse wired charging. The device has a protection of Gorilla Glass 7i and the device features an IP64 rating.
