OnePlus is gearing up to host a massive event in China later this month where the company will be launching multiple devices including the upcoming OnePlus 15 and OnePlus Ace 6. The company has now confirmed to launch another product during the same event and it is a new tablet called the OnePlus Pad 2. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.
It is confirmed that the company will be launching its latest Tablet the new OnePlus Pad 2 in the markets of China on October 27. The company did not reveal any other details about the device.
Based on the previous reports, the upcoming OnePlus Pad 2 will reportedly be a rebranded version of the Oppo Pad 5. The device will come with only noticeable difference is said to be that the OnePlus version will be coming in two colour options including Azure and Dark Gray, while the Oppo Pad 5 is available in purple, grey, and silver colour options.
The upcoming OnePlus Pad 2 is expected to feature a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 3K resolution, a 7:5 aspect ratio, and a 144Hz refresh rate. It will be running on a tablet-optimised version of ColorOS 16-based Android 16.
It will come with the power of the Dimensity 9400 Plus processor along with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage. The device is expected to be available in 8GB+256GB, 12GB+256GB, and 16GB+512GB storage options. The device will come with a 10,420mAh battery with 67W fast charging support.
The device is expected to come with an 8-megapixel front camera and an 8-megapixel rear camera. It will be supporting Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 5.4, GPS, USB-C (3.2 Gen 1), among others for connectivity. The device will be supporting face unlock and stylus support.
