Redmi will be introducing the latest and greatest Redmi K90 series in China on October 23 and the company is sharing teasers of the top end variant of the smartphone series called the Redmi K90 Pro Max on a regular basis. It is already confirmed that the device will borrow the display and primary camera from the Xiaomi 17 series. Now the company has confirmed the battery capacity of the device and it is coming with the largest battery ever in the portfolio of Redmi. It is confirmed that the upcoming Redmi K90 Pro Max will be launched with a massive 7,560mAh battery. It is worth mentioning that Redmi Turbo 4 Pro was the phone of the company to house the biggest battery and the device packed a 7,550mAh battery. So the upcoming device is going to pack the biggest battery ever on a Redmi phone.
The upcoming Redmi K90 Pro Max phone is also confirmed to support 100W wired charging and 50W wireless charging. The device is also confirmed to feature the 100W PPS charging protocol and 22.5W reverse wireless charging.
Redmi has confirmed that the Redmi K90 Pro Max will come with a 6.9-inch OLED screen along with a 2K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will be running on the Android 16 operating system with a layer of HyperOS 3.0 on top.
It will be coming with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor along with D2 chip for graphics performance. Based on the previous reports, the device is expected to feature a 50-megapixel OmniVision Light Fusion 950 main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 5x optical zoom and OIS, and an ultra-wide camera.
The company has also confirmed that the device will come with three speakers, including a Bose-powered unit on the back. It will come with an IP68/69-rated dust and water resistance.
