Today we got a new piece of information about the next generation iPhone 18 Pro and the source says the company will be making a massive design change on the front. So let’s get into the article to check out the new piece of information.
After introducing a notch in 2017, the company introduced the dynamic island on the iPhone 14 Pro models in 2022. Then the company launched the iPhone 17 Pro models with a pill shaped cutout.
Now we got a new piece of information that says the company is planning to place most of the Face ID hardware under the display and leaving only a small cutout for the front facing camera.
This will be replacing the current dynamic island which is available at the centre position of the screen and the company will be moving the punch-hole cutout to the top left corner of the screen similar to the Android devices.
We don’t have any other details about the matter at the moment of time but if the information is correct then this will be a massive change on the front design of the Apple iPhone models.
