It is officially confirmed that the upcoming Honor Magic 8 RSR Porsche Design will be launched really soon as the company has shared a teaser. The Honor R&D engineer Cao Gong, who hinted he is testing a new device and the name of the device is also confirmed.
The upcoming device is expected to come with the core set up of the Pro version of the Magic 8 series but the upcoming device will be designed in collaboration with Porsche Design, a studio known for its long-standing influence in automotive and product aesthetics.
It is expected that the upcoming device will be coming with a 24GB RAM configuration, and the device could come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5.
The upcoming device is expected to come with a new 50-megapixel OmniVision OV50R LOFIC primary camera with a large 1/1.3-inch sensor. With a dynamic range reaching up to 110dB, and the camera setup is expected to improve low-light capture. The device is also expected to feature a 6.71-inch 1.5K LTPO display and a large 7,200mAh battery with 120W wired fast charging. The device will also support wireless charging and satellite connectivity. It will also feature the ultrasonic fingerprint scanning and 3D face recognition. It is tipped to come with IP68, IP69, and even IP69K ratings.
