Both the latest Realme 16 Pro and 16 Pro Plus come with AMOLED panels with curved and straight display options, offering a 144Hz refresh rate, 1.07 billion colours, and a contrast ratio of 5,000,000:1. The Realme 16 Pro features a 6.78-inch flat AMOLED display, while the 16 Pro Plus comes with a 6.8-inch curved AMOLED screen. The brightness levels go up to 6,500 nits on the 16 Pro Plus and 1,800 nits on the latest 16 Pro, with DCI-P3 colour support across modes.

The latest Realme 16 Pro has the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 7300 Max mobile processor while the Realme 16 Pro Plus comes with the power of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 mobile processor. The devices come with up to 12GB of LPDDR5x RAM along with 14GB dynamic RAM support. UFS 3.1 storage options go up to 256GB on the Pro and 512GB on the 16 Pro Plus. Both devices house a large 7,000mAh battery with 80W fast charging via a USB Type-C port.
Speaking about the camera department, the latest Realme 16 Pro features an OIS-assisted 200-megapixel Samsung HP5 main camera along with an 8-megapixel ultra-wide sensor, while the 16 Pro Plus also comes with a 50MP periscope telephoto camera with 3.5x optical zoom alongside a 200-megapixel OIS main camera and an 8-megapixel ultra-wide lens. Both devices feature a 50-megapixel front camera with 4K video recording support.
The newly announced Realme 16 Pro series features the latest Android 16 operating system out of the box with the latest Realme UI 7 on top. Both phones are confirmed to receive three years of software updates and four years of security updates. The devices also support an in-display fingerprint sensor, infrared remote control, stereo audio, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, extensive 5G band support, and IP66/IP68/IP69-rated water and dust resistance.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the latest Realme 16 Pro with 8GB+128GB storage option is priced at Rs 31,999, 8GB+256GB at Rs 33,999, and 12GB+256GB at Rs 36,999. While the latest Realme 16 Pro Plus with 8GB+256GB storage option is introduced for Rs 41,999 and 12GB+512GB variant is available for Rs 44,999.
