Vivo will be launching the new Vivo V70 series next month in India, including the Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite. Before the official announcement of the devices, the design and the important specifications of both phones were officially revealed. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.
The upcoming Vivo V70 and Vivo V70 Elite appear on the official Vivo India website and the official page reveals that the Vivo V70 series will be powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile processor. Having said that, it was previously surfaced on the Geekbench listings and the Vivo V70 and V70 Elite were revealed to come with the power of the Snapdragon 7 Gen 4 and Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chipsets, respectively.
Vivo has also confirmed that the smartphone series will feature an OLED panel along with a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 5,000 nits. The devices will be running on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box. It is also promised to deliver four years of Android OS upgrades and six years of security updates. The upcoming smartphone series will come with LPDDR5x RAM and UFS 4.1 storage, with 8GB + 256GB as the starting configuration.
The upcoming Vivo V70 series will also come with a 50-megapixel camera with autofocus support on the back along with an ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom and 100x digital zoom. The devices will also come with a large 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging and both devices will feature an aluminium frame and an IP68/69-rated dustproof and water-resistant body.
