The South Korean electronics giant will be introducing the much awaited Samsung Galaxy S26 series globally and in India on February 25, based on a recently leaked information. The smartphone series will be including the vanilla variant along with the Plus variant and the Ultra variant. Today the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra leaked massively. According to the guys at Android Headlines, the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra smartphone will come with a flat design language with slimmer, uniform bezels surrounding a large display. The newly leaked renders show the phone in Cobalt Violet and Black colour options. The device has a hole-punch cutout at the centre position for the front facing camera.
On the back, the company has moved away from individually protruding lenses and now the company is offering the cameras on a unified island positioned in the top-left corner. The device will also house the S Pen on the back. The promo image of the device is shared by Evan Blass that shows the upcoming Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra in its signature Cobalt Violet cover option.
According to Android Headlines, the next generation Samsung Galaxy S26 Ultra is expected to feature a 6.9-inch QHD+ Dynamic AMOLED display and the device will be running on the latest Android 16 with One UI 8.5 on top. It will come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 mobile processor along with at least 256GB storage. The phone is tipped to measure 7.9mm in thickness, weigh around 214 grams, and it will be housing a 5,000mAh battery with wireless power sharing.
The device is reported to feature a 200-megapixel primary sensor, a 50-megapixel ultrawide camera, a 10-megapixel telephoto lens, and a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. Samsung is expected to launch the device with a 12-megapixel front camera as well.
