The popular smartphone brand TECNO has announced the EllaClaw beta and it is a new mobile AI agent designed to make things easy on everyday smartphone tasks. It is built using the OpenClaw agentic framework and the same is deeply integrated with TECNO’s own Ella AI assistant. So it will be operating at the system level that will enable it to interact directly with different parts of the phone.
It will make to manage complex tasks easily, multi-step workflows, and long-duration processes more efficiently. It is also revealed that uses do not need to install or switch between applications as it will directly work inside the Ella assistant.
The latest EllaClaw introduces multiple features including one-sentence automation, managing files, or performing system actions with just a single instruction. It also comes with cross-app data integration and the AI can pull information from apps like SMS, Calendar, and Notes.
It is also capable to work as a daily schedule assistant, combining calendar events, notes, weather updates, and news. It also comes with a persistent memory system and the same allows it to offer smarter suggestions and become more personalized with regular use.
