Poco has introduced the Poco C81 with a price tag of Rs. 10,999 while the Poco C81x has a price tag of Rs. 9,999. The devices will be available from April 27 via Flipkart.
Talking about the specifications, the vanilla variant runs on Android 16 with HyperOS 3, and the Poco C81x runs on the Android 15 operating system. The vanilla variant will be receiving 4 years of software support and the Poco C81x will be getting 2 years of software support. The Poco C81 comes with a 6.9-inch HD+ display, with up to 120Hz of adaptive refresh rate, 240Hz touch sampling rate, and up to 800 nits peak brightness.
While the Poco C81x features a 6.88-inch HD+ display, along with up to 120Hz adaptive refresh rate and up to 650 nits peak brightness. Both devices feature TÃœV Rheinland Low Blue Light, Flicker-Free, and Circadian-Friendly certifications.
The devices are powered by an octa core Unisoc T7250 chipset along with LPDDR4x RAM and 64GB of onboard storage, expandable by up to 2TB via a MicroSD card. The latest Poco C81 features a 13-megapixel primary camera and an unspecified secondary camera. While the Poco C81x features a single 13-megapixel camera on the back. Both devices come with 8-megapixel front-facing cameras. Both devices come with an IP52 rating for dust and splash resistance.
Poco has introduced the new devices with a large 6,300mAh and 5,200mAh batteries, respectively, with support for 15W wired charging and 7.5W wired reverse charging. The devices support 4G LTE, dual-band Wi-Fi, Bluetooth 5.2, USB Type-C ports, GPS, Galileo, GLONASS, and QZSS for connectivity. Both handsets feature a side-mounted fingerprint scanner.
