Google has introduced the capability of sharing files directly from Android devices to iPhones, and the company is slowly expanding to more smartphones. During the recently concluded Android Show: I/O Edition, the search engine giant announced that Quick Share’s AirDrop interoperability will be available on multiple devices very soon from the brands including OnePlus, Oppo, and Honor.
It is worth mentioning that the Quick Share-AirDrop interoperability was announced last year, and it supports the Google Pixel 10 series and the company made the feature available to older Pixel models, Samsung’s Galaxy S26 lineup, and more recently, the Oppo Find X9 Ultra and vivo X300 Ultra.
The company has not confirmed that other support will be available to other devices, including the Galaxy S25 series, Galaxy S24 lineup, Galaxy Z Fold7, Galaxy Z Flip7, Galaxy Z Fold6, and the Galaxy Z TriFold, Oppo Find X8 series, OnePlus 15, Honor Magic V6, and Honor Magic8 Pro.
Unfortunately, there is no confirmation about the timeline for the availability of the feature. So let’s wait for the arrival of the feature, and you guys are recommended to stick with us for more updates from the world of technology.
