The Mountain View company is bringing a new capability that will enable users to share files via QR code to an iPhone. This will be possible through Quick Share on Android.
A receiver can scan the QR code with their iPhone to quickly access and download the shared files from a friend who uses an Android device. The new feature was previously announced during the recently concluded Android Show: I/O Edition earlier this week.
