The popular Chinese smartphone brand Vivo will be launching the new Vivo S60 in China on May 29, and this Smartphone series will include the new Vivo S60 and Vivo S60 Vitality Edition. The devices are now listed on the Chinese JD.com for pre-orders, revealing the colour options along with the storage options and design language of both devices. It is confirmed that the upcoming Vivo S60 and S60 Vitality Edition share the same design and the devices will be available in the same colour options, including Starry Sea, Early Summer Green, and Midsummer Night. Both devices will be introduced in 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB storage options.
The Vivo S60 will also come in a higher-end 16GB + 512GB storage variant as well. Based on the previous reports, the upcoming Vivo S60 will feature a 6.59-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The device will also feature an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, and the device will run on Android 16 with OriginOS 6 out of the box.
Vivo is believed to launch the Vivo S60 with the power of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 mobile processor, along with a large 7,200mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It will come with a 50-megapixel triple-camera setup, including a Sony IMX8-series periscope telephoto camera. The device is also expected to support stereo dual speakers, an X-axis linear motor, an IR blaster, and IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance.
