Qualcomm has officially announced a new processor for affordable laptops called the Snapdragon C and it is also said that the processor will be providing devices in the price range of $300 and the devices will be coming later this year. Unfortunately, the company did not reveal the specification details of the device. However, now we have a new report that reveals the important specifications of the processor.
According to the latest information, the upcoming Snapdragon C will be manufactured on a 6nm process and the upcoming processor uses an eight-core CPU in a 1+3+4 configuration along with an Adreno GPU running at 900MHz. The processor is also reported to support LPDDR5 memory and the processor will also feature a small on-device AI engine.
The company has already promised to offer a complete day of battery life with the new processor along with good performance and power efficiency. Popular brands including Acer, HP, and Lenovo, are already preparing Snapdragon C devices.
