According to DCS, the upcoming Redmi K100 Pro-series device is currently being evaluated with a large 6.9-inch display along with a 185Hz refresh rate. The engineering prototype is also reported to come with a flat 2D display with large, rounded corners, along with a horizontally arranged camera module on the back. It is also reported to feature a metal-like finish as well.
The source says that the device has a large X-axis linear motor and symmetrical dual stereo speakers. It is also reported to come with a large battery of around 9,000mAh. It is also expected to come with the power of the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 5 chip and support 100W fast charging.
If we are looking at the Pro Max variant, then it is also expected to come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint scanner, wireless charging support, and an IP68/IP69-rated dust and water-resistant body. It will be running on the latest Android 17 operating system out of the box.
