Last month, the Chinese brand Oppo introduced the Oppo Reno 16 series in the markets of China. The smartphone series included the Oppo Reno 16 and Oppo Reno 16 Pro models. Now it seems that the company is all set to get a passport for the smartphone models, along with a couple of more devices as today we got a new piece of information that reveals the launch timeline of the Oppo Reno 16 series for the markets of India.
According to the guys at 91mobiles, the Oppo Reno 16 series will be official in the markets of India next month which means July 2026. It is also reported that the company will be launching four models under the Oppo Reno 16 series in India including Oppo Reno 16, Oppo Reno 16 Pro, Oppo Reno 16 Pro Mini and Oppo Reno 16c.
The company is expected to launch the Oppo Reno 16 and Oppo Reno 16 Pro models with a 200MP Samsung HP5 primary camera, a 50MP ultra-wide camera and a 50MP periscope telephoto camera. The vanilla variant is expected to come with a 6.32-inch OLED display along with 1.5K screen resolution. The device is also expected to come with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 8550 SoC along with a large 6,700 mAh battery with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
While the Oppo Reno 16 Pro is expected to feature a 6.78-inch OLED display. The device is expected to come with the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 9500s SoC. It will be housing a 7000 mAh battery along with 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging.
