Asus has introduced a new laptop dubbed the Asus Dawn 7 Pro with the power of the Ryzen AI processors and a 144Hz display. The device is available with 14-inch and 16-inch screens along with a slim metal design.
The company has introduced the 14-inch model with the Ryzen AI 5 430 processor with 32GB RAM and 1TB storage. This model has a price tag of 9,499 yuan while the Ryzen AI 7 445 version with the same memory and storage costs 9,999 yuan. It is available in China.
On the other hand, the 16-inch model starts at 7,999 yuan with the Ryzen AI 5 430 processor along with 16GB RAM and 1TB SSD. The device is also available in the markets of China.
Specifications of Asus Dawn 7 Pro
The latest Asus Dawn 7 Pro comes with the power of AMD’s Ryzen AI 7 445 processor that features six cores and 12 threads. The device also comes with Radeon 840M integrated graphics along with the ability to offer up to 54W of performance.
Asus is offering the laptop with up to 32GB of DDR5-6400MHz memory and 2TB of PCIe 4.0 SSD via dual M.2 slots. Both the 14-inch and 16-inch versions feature IPS panels with 2560 x 1600 pixels resolution along with a 144Hz refresh rate, a peak brightness of 400 nits, and 100% sRGB coverage.
The Asus Dawn 7 Pro comes with a slim and lightweight metal chassis along with an 180-degree hinge. The laptop also supports Thunderbolt 4, HDMI 2.1, USB-A, USB-C, and RJ45 ports for connectivity options. The 16-inch variant of the laptop also features a full-size keyboard with half-height arrow keys and a fingerprint reader integrated into the power button.
Asus has introduced the 16 inch variant with a 70Wh battery along with 65W USB PD fast charging. Both versions come pre-installed with Windows 11 and Microsoft Office software out of the box.
