The highly anticipated GTA 6 is already confirmed to be available digitally on PlayStation gaming consoles and now it seems that is Sony is completely killing the physical disc scenario.
Sony has officially announced that the company is permanently stopping the production of gaming consoles with physical disc. The devices starting January 2028 will come without physical disc setup.
After January 2028, you will get only digital version of the gaming console through the PlayStation store or you will be get the PlayStation store code Through other retail stores.
It is worth mentioning that the new decision will be applicable to new games only and not for games that are already out or will be released before January 2028.
