According to the latest information, the upcoming Xiaomi 18 Pro is currently being tested with a 2nm flagship chipset, which is the Snapdragon 8 Elite Gen 6 series, and Qualcomm is expected to introduce the chipset series in September.
It is also reported that the upcoming Xiaomi 18 Pro will feature a custom ultra-high-resolution flat display with large rounded corners and the device will also come with ultra-slim symmetrical bezels. The device was previously reported to come with a 6.4-inch OLED panel equipped with a Samsung-like Privacy Display feature.
Xiaomi is also expected to launch the Xiaomi 18 Pro smartphone with a 200-megapixel large-sensor main camera and a 200-megapixel large-sensor periscope telephoto camera with macro support. The camera setup will also include a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens. The device is also expected to come with a 7,000mAh-class battery with 100W wired fast charging and wireless charging. The device is also expected to feature dual stereo speakers, a larger vibration motor, and will be running on Android 17 out of the box.
