Google Gemini has the power of Nano Banana and that generates images in a solid manner but it leaves a watermark at the bottom right corner of the image. If you are someone who doesn’t like that particular watermark and want to remove it by default then I have a good piece of information for you.
The Mountain View company Google has updated the platform and enables users to choose the option to remove the watermark by default. You will be finding a new setting for this particular option in both Google Gemini and Google Flow. The company will also make this feature available in Google Search’s AI Mode very soon.
Having said that, Google will not allow you to remove the watermarks from just images but you can also be able to remove watermarks from the videos that are created with Gemini Omni and songs created with Lyria. The the company will not allow you to enable the option only in certain countries where the law says to keep the watermark.
It is worth mentioning that the company is only offering an option to remove the watermarks visibly but the invisible SynthID watermarks and C2PA metadata are still being used.
