In the recent past, Airtel has launched a new campaign called ‘Open Network‘. Airtel launched this campaign to provide information about their network and to improve their service. Now, Reliance Jio also in a move to launch its own network tracker.
The Reliance’s network tracker will provide information about network coverage, internet data speed and also details about their towers to public. In this way, a user can check the network availability even before the purchasing of the SIM.

Already many users complaining for not activating their SIM, and no 4G network availability in some area. So at this point, this move will definitely help to boost relationship between the network and users.
