Few OnePlus 8 Specifications Got Official By CEO

So we know that OnePlus recently announced that their upcoming flagship series is going to launch on 14th April. Though we know most of the features of the series through various leaks, but getting it confirmed officially makes us 100% assure. Now back in January the company already announced that it’s upcoming series will have 120hz refresh rate display. Though most leaks suggests that it will be available only in the Pro variant. And recently it was also made official that this series will be 5G compatible.

Now today Pete Lau (CEO of OnePlus) has announced few more features of the OnePlus 8 series. These features are related to speed, and actually not so surprising as well. But still, official confirmation is always good. So the OnePlus 8 series will have UFS 3.0 storage, which is already present from the OnePlus 7 series but this time it is supposed to be even more improved. Then the series will have Qualcomm’s Snapdragon 865 processor, which is actually obvious because OnePlus always launch smartphones with latest processor in it. But the OnePlus 8 Lite is supposed to have MediaTek’s Dimensity 1000 processor. Lastly, the series will have the latest LPDDR5 RAM which will make a significant difference in RAM processings. This one is actually interesting, because it’s a new thing for the company.

So that’s all the information we have as of now. Personally these specifications didn’t surprised me much because we know that OnePlus is known for it’s performance from the beginning.
