During the launch event of Mi 10, Xiaomi launched multiple accessories, and one among them is Mi 30W Wireless Charger. This new charger comes equipped with a cooling fan to maintain the thermal levels.
The Wireless charger is based on the Qi wireless standard. If you have been following the tech launches, you might know that recently OnePlus also launched their wireless charger along with the OnePlus 8 Series. This product is Xiaomi’s answer to OnePlus. Mi 10 being the first wireless charging phone, this accessory would complement the phone perfectly.
The Mi 30W Wireless Charger has an inbuilt cooling fan to maintain the temperature while charging a device. This helps prolong the battery life of the smartphone. In addition, there is a vertical air duct design that blows the air towards the phone to cool it. Being a wireless charger this accessory uses inductive charging to charge the device. Hence this Qi charger can charger any device that supports wireless charging. However, in other devices, the speed will be limited to 10 Watts. It also has a stand-like design which makes it easier to operate and glance at the phone will it is charging
The Mi 30W Wireless Charger is priced at Rs. 2,299. But if you pre-order Mi 10 now, you can get one for just Rs. 1,999. The sale will begin on Mi.com from May 18. In comparison, the OnePlus Warp 30 Wireless Charger is priced at Rs. 3,990. But the company has not revealed a sale date yet.
