Huawei has unveiled its latest smart speaker – the Huawei Sound X2021. Elegant design and colorful lights are available on this new speaker.The fuselage is surrounded by 48 full color LED lights at 360 degrees. Light and shadow follow the rhythm of the music. There are a variety of mixed light and color modes available for users to choose from.
The Sound X 2021 has four 5W midrange speakers, a 50W subwoofer, a 3W tweeter and two passive radiators. In contrast, the previous generation Sound X speaker packs only two woofers and six full range speakers.
In addition to the upgraded smart lighting effects, the new Sound X includes one-touch sound transmission, sound field modeling, voice interaction, smart sleep assistance, and different interactive lighting effects in different situations. Ethnic response greatly enhances awareness of human-computer interaction. For example, when you talk to a speaker, the speaker emits four impressive lighting effects: sound source position, breathing sound, better thinking, and anthropomorphic response.
The new generation Sound X 360 all-metal sound hole and a 3D surface seamless process are only 0.8 mm thick. Compared to the previous generation, the plastic and mesh structure combined has a thickness of 2.5 mm and the key frequency band is 8-12kHz. Sound pressure increases by 3dB.
As Huawei’s first smart speaker equipped with the HarmonyOS 2, smartphones, tablets, PCs and smart screens can automatically connect to a smart speaker.
Huawei has not yet released pricing details and global availability details.
