There are some limitations in internet connection in certain regions of the world and the situation restricts the usage of WhatsApp as well. The instant messaging application does not want to happen in 2023 as the company has officially introduced proxy support on WhatsApp.
With this capability, users can able to bypass the internet connection and continue using WhatsApp like normal. The new feature is available in the latest version of the instant messaging application and it is also revealed that the security and privacy will be similar as normal connections while using proxy connections as well. Well, that means your messages will be end to end encrypted in a proxy connection as well.
You can able to set up a proxy by heading to the settings of the instant messaging application, tap ​Storage and Data, and then select Proxy. Now you need to tap Use Proxy and then fill in the proxy address and select Save to connect to the service.
