Recently, Instagram updated many new features in the Stories section. And now the developers of the app targeting many features into the Stories, with the new features the will attract you more to use it. So, what are the new features??? Don’t scratch your head, I’m here to explain. Read on.
With the upcoming update, the app is targeting to strengthen its searching capability. As the app will allow you to search inside the Stories via location, and soon will also add the ability to search in the Stories using hashtags.
Location search:
With this feature, you can search Stories via location. Users can check out new story ring at the top of the Explorer tab, you can see any story which is happening near your location which is based on the users who have place locations stickers in their Stories. You can check out story of any location across the globe, by visiting its Stories page.
Search via hashtags:
The upcoming hashtags search feature will allow you to see an Instagram story ring at the top of the page, which are based on the hashtag you are looking for.
The location search feature will be available in the new version of Instagram v10.22, and the hashtag feature will be rolling out soon. So, update the Instagram app and share your thoughts in the comments section below.
