Redmi has officially introduced the new Redmi Note 12 Turbo smartphone and it is the world’s first smartphone with the power of the newly announced Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 mobile processor and a high refresh rate display. So let’s get into the article to check out the details.

The newly announced Redmi Note 12 Turbo smartphone features a 6.67-inch display with a 12-bit flexible OLED panel along with an FHD+ resolution, 1,000 nits peak brightness, and 100 percent DCI-P3 color gamut. The device also features a 120Hz refresh rate, Dolby Vision, and HDR10+ support, it is also having a punch-hole cutout at the centre position of the screen and the device is having slimmer bezels. It also features 93.45 percent screen-to-body ratio.
Speaking about the camera department, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is coming with a 64MP main lens with OIS support, an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens, and a 2MP macro sensor. The device is also having a 16MP front-facing selfie camera.
Under the hood, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo is powered by the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 2 mobile processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5x RAM and 1TB UFS 3.1 storage. It also features a 3725mm vapor cooling chamber for heat dissipation. The device is housing a 5,000mAh battery along with 67W fast charging and it is running on Android 13 with MIUI 14 on top.
Regarding the connectivity options, the Redmi Note 12 Turbo smartphone is supporting dual 5G, WiFi-6, NFC, Bluetooth, NFC, IR Blaster, and a 3.5mm headphone jack.
In terms of pricing and availability, the new Redmi Note 12 Turbo starts at RMB 1,999 for the 8GB + 256GB variant while the 12GB + 256GB and 12GB + 512GB cost RMB 2,099 and RMB 2,299 respectively. The top model 16GB + 1TB is having a price tag of RMB 2,599. The device is currently available in the market of China and we don’t have any information about the availability of the device in other parts of the world.
