The latest ASUS ROG XREAL R1 comes with a Sony 0.55-inch micro-OLED display with a Full HD resolution and an industry-first 240Hz refresh rate. The device also features a 57-degree field of view along with a virtual screen equivalent to up to 171 inches at a viewing distance of around 4 metres and the device also features an ultra-low 3ms motion-to-photon latency.

Asus offers the device with the XREAL’s proprietary X-Prism Optical Engine along with electrochromic lenses and the same is capable to automatically or manually adjust tint based on ambient lighting. The device also comes with integrated speakers Sound by Bose branding.
The device also supports native 3DoF tracking, optional 6DoF support, and include an Anchor Mode to lock the virtual screen in a fixed physical position. The device also features a single USB-C cable for compatible devices, while the bundled ROG Control Dock adds two HDMI 2.0 ports and one DisplayPort 1.4 port for use with PCs and consoles.
