The Exynos 2500 is the upcoming mobile processor of the South Korean electronics giant Samsung and the same is believed to be based on a 3nm process. The Exynos 2500 was reported to be announced along with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 7.
Now, a tipster named Jukanlosreve has shared further details of the Exynos 2500 mobile processor and the source says that it will feature a 10-core CPU along with one Cortex-X925 core clocked at 3.3GHz for peak performance, two Cortex-A725 cores running at 2.75GHz for demanding tasks, five Cortex-A725 cores at 2.36GHz for balanced performance, and two Cortex-A520 cores at 1.8GHz to maximize energy efficiency.
The upcoming mobile processor will also feature Samsung’s new Xclipse 950 GPU, based on AMD’s RDNA3.5 architecture. This GPU also comes with eight custom Work Group Processors running at 1.3GHz. It also comes with high-performance memory and storage including 9.6Gbps quad-channel LPDDR5X memory and UFS 4.x storage.
It is also reported that the upcoming Exynos 2500 processor will also feature an NPU capable of 56 TOPS along with the support for a 320MP ISP, and the chipset will also provide the capability of recording 8K videos at 60fps.
