It is reported that the company is working on the upcoming Huawei Nova 15 Series and it will include the Huawei Nova 15, Nova 15 Pro, and Nova 15 Ultra. The Huawei Nova 15 is expected to feature a 6.7-inch screen, while the Huawei Nova 15 Pro is said to feature a slightly larger 6.84-inch panel. Both devices will be coming with 1.5K LTPO OLED displays.
The upcoming Huawei Nova 15 Pro is also expected to feature a dual front-camera setup including 50MP and 8MP sensors. The vanilla variant is expected to offer a single 50MP unit on the front.
While the back of the Huawei Nova 15 Pro is expected to feature a 50MP main camera, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens, and an additional ultra-wide camera. The source has also mentioned a “multispectral sensor,” and it will be improving colour accuracy as well as low-light performance.
Finally, the source has also reported that both the vanilla and Pro versions are reportedly powered by new Kirin 8-series chips.
The Huawei Nova 15 Ultra is the top end model of the smartphone series and it is reported to come with Kirin 9-series processor. The device will also come with a larger 1/1.3-inch 50MP main sensor. It is also reported that the smartphone series will come with batteries exceeding 6,000mAh.
It is reported that the company will be launching the smartphone series before China’s Spring Festival, which typically falls in February.
