Realme has already confirmed the arrival and design language of the upcoming Realme 16 Pro series and the company is expected to launch the smartphone series on January 6 in India. The smartphone series will be available through Flipkart in the country and now the Realme 16 Pro appears on the popular benchmarking platform Geekbench and reveals the chipset information. According to the benchmarking listing, the upcoming Realme 16 Pro with the model number RMX5120 and it has an octa-core processor with four performance cores clocked at 2.5GHz and four efficiency cores running at 2.0GHz, paired with a Mali-G615 MC2 GPU. This suggests the device will come with the power of the Dimensity 7300 chipset.
It is worth mentioning that the Realme 15 Pro is powered by Snapdragon 7 Gen 4, a more powerful SoC than what’s on the upcoming version. The company has already confirmed that the Realme 16 Pro Plus will come with a Snapdragon chip.
The TENAA listing has revealed that the upcoming Realme 16 Pro will come with a 6.78-inch OLED display with a 1.5K resolution. The device will feature a 200-megapixel primary sensor and an 8-megapixel secondary camera. It will also come with a 50-megapixel selfie camera.
It will be running on the Android 16 operating system and the device will come with a large battery which is rated at 6,830mAh, which likely translates to a typical capacity of around 7,000mAh along with an 80W charging solution. The device will also come with an ultrasonic in-display fingerprint sensor and an IR blaster.
