The latest Redmi Pad 2 Pro features a 12.1-inch LCD display with a 2.5K resolution along with an adaptive refresh rate of up to 120Hz and a 360Hz touch sampling rate. It also comes with up to 600 nits brightness in high brightness mode and supports Dolby Vision, DC dimming, reading mode, and wet touch technology.
It comes with the power of the Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 processor along with 6GB+128GB and 8GB+256GB LPDDR4X and UFS 2.2 variants, with microSD expansion. The device comes with Wi-Fi only and 5G connectivity options.
The newly announced Redmi Pad 2 Pro runs on Android 15 with Xiaomi’s HyperOS 2 out of the box. It also supports seamless interconnectivity across Xiaomi devices, allowing shared clipboard functions, direct phone control, call synchronization, and instant hotspot switching.
Speaking about the camera department, the tablet features an 8MP front camera and an 8MP rear camera on the Wi-Fi model, while the 5G variant upgrades the rear sensor to 13MP.
The latest Redmi Pad 2 Pro comes with a massive 12,000mAh battery along with 33W fast charging over USB-C and also enables up to 27W wired reverse charging. The device features quad Dolby Atmos speakers as well as dual mics. It also supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.4, and optional 5G via eSIM. It also supports Keyboard and stylus.
Regarding the pricing and availability, the Redmi Pad 2 Pro with Wi-Fi only variant has a price tag of Rs 24,999 and it will be available with 8GB + 128GB storage option. While the 5G variant with 8GB + 128GB variant has a price tag of Rs 27,999 and the 8GB + 256GB model has a price tag of Rs 29,999. The device will be available from January 12 via popular online and offline stores along with the official channels as well. You will be getting three new accessories, including the Redmi Pad 2 Pro Keyboard Case (Rs 3,999), Redmi Smart Pen (Rs 3,999), and Redmi Pad 2 Pro Cover (Rs 1,499).
