The South Korean electronics giant Samsung has officially introduced a new display with a massive 77-inch QD-OLED TV and the same is capable of reaching 4,500 nits of peak brightness. Samsung has showcased the new display before the upcoming CES 2026, calling it the world’s brightest self-emissive display.
Samsung has introduced the latest QD-OLED display and said to be the brightest in the world by combining the peak luminance of each RGB component. The display also supports AI-based image optimization that will enable TVs to automatically adjust picture quality depending on content and environment. The company is planning to utilise the new display in its high-end OLED TVs launching in 2026.
During the upcoming CES 2026, Samsung Display will also demonstrate a wide range of AI-powered OLED concepts. The company will be showcasing the AI OLED Bot, a small robot with a 13.4-inch OLED display and the same will be working like a teaching assistant the company will also include the AI OLED Turntable and AI OLED Cassette, speaker systems with circular OLED panels and it will be recommending music and which will also display visual content in real time.
