The popular social media platform Instagram came across a massive data breach as the sensitive information of 17.5 million Instagram users was exposed, and it is reported that the information is ready for purchase on the dark web. It is said that details including usernames, full names, email addresses, phone numbers, partial physical addresses, and other contact information have been leaked.

Oppo has introduced the new Oppo Reno 15 Series in India and the Oppo Reno 15 Pro Mini is one of the most exciting devices among the new offerings. The device comes with a 6.32-inch LTPO AMOLED display along with a variable refresh rate of 1-120Hz. It has the power of the MediaTek Dimensity 8450 mobile processor along with 12GB of LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device runs on the latest Android 16 OS with ColorOS 16 custom skin on top.
The device has a 200MP main camera along with a 50MP ultra wide angle lens and a 50MP periscope telephoto shooter with 3.5x optical zoom. OnePlus Turbo 6 Series launched
The smartphone series supports IP66/IP68/IP69/IP69K rating and the devices run on Android 16 with ColorOS 16 out of the box. The devices house a large 9000 mAh battery with 80W SuperVOOC flash charge, 27W super-fast reverse charging, and a bypass power supply. The devices come with a 50MP main camera and a 2MP secondary camera on the rear side and the devices also feature a 16MP selfie camera. The OnePlus Turbo 6 comes with a 6.78-inch BOE LTPS flat OLED display along with a 165Hz refresh rate and the device has the power of the Snapdragon 8s Gen 4 mobile processor along with up to 16GB LPDDR5X RAM and up to 512GB UFS 4.1 internal storage.
While the OnePlus Turbo 6V comes with the power of the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7s Gen 4 mobile processor along with up to 12GB LPDDR4X RAM (+12GB Dynamic RAM) and 512GB UFS 3.1 internal storage. The device features a 6.78-inch display along with up to 144Hz refresh rate.
Moto Signature launched
The Moto Signature smartphone comes with a 6.8-inch AMOLED display along with a 165Hz refresh rate. The device runs on Android 16 with a layer of Hello UX on top. It has the power of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 5 mobile processor along with up to 16GB of LPDDR5x RAM and up to 1TB of UFS 4.1 storage. The device houses a 5,200mAh silicon-carbon battery along with 90W wired charging and 50W TurboPower wireless charging.
Motorola has introduced the Moto Signature features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-500 sensor on the front for selfies and video calls. On the back, the device features a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-828 main camera with OIS support, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens with macro support, and a 50-megapixel Sony LYT-600 periscope telephoto camera with OIS and 3x optical zoom.
The latest Moto Signature is the first phone of the company to get up to 7 years of software and security updates. The device comes with an aluminium frame and Gorilla Glass Victus 2 protection for the display, the device also features IP68/IP69-rated dust and water resistance and MIL-STD-810H certification.
Redmi Note 15 arrives in India
Redmi has introduced the device with an IP66 rating for water and dust resistance. It comes with a 6.77-inch curved AMOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. It has the power of the Snapdragon 6 Gen 3 mobile processor along with 8GB of RAM and up to 256GB of internal storage. The device houses a large 5,520mAh battery with 45W wired fast charging and 18W reverse charging.
The device runs on the latest Android 15 operating system with HyperOS 2 custom skin on top. The device will be receiving the next generation Android 16 very soon and that will offer access to the new HyperIsland, enhanced UI, and the deeper personalization options like better lock screen customization, new pet widgets, and more. The device also supports a 108MP main camera which is the Samsung HN9 sensor along with the new MasterPixel technology for improved color accuracy, better low light performance, and enhanced HDR.
It also comes with AI features including AI Erase, AI Remove Reflection, and others. The primary camera is supported with an 8MP ultra wide angle lens, and the device also features a 20MP camera on the front.
