Every year many people eagerly wait to buy new iPhone and most of the people over the internet are eager to know about new iPhone. So today is the most anticipated date. As after the leaks and rumors, Apple has launched their new devices, so here we have, the iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus. Both these phones bare slight upgrades over the iPhone 7 and 7 Plus, but some changes are very awaited for Apple fans. So let’s have a look at the specs of both phones.

First let’s talk about the differences between iPhone 8 and iPhone 8 Plus, the smaller iPhone 8 carries a 4.7” 720p HD Retina Display while iPhone 8 Plus carries 5.5” 1080p Full HD Retina Display, sad but true that Apple is still sticking to the same display but with some software and internal tweaks, (very minor tweaks). iPhone 8 has 12MP Rear Camera with f1.8 lens, while the iPhone 8 Plus has secondary 12MP camera too with f2.8 lens, and it will perform all same features as iPhone 7 Plus. Apple has also added Portrait Lightning, which can change the background to capture more funkier and professional photographs. Speaking about the storage, the iPhone 8 comes with 2GB of RAM and 32GB/128GB/256GB of internal storage options, while iPhone 8 Plus comes with 3GB of RAM with 64GB & 256GB of internal storage options.

Now coming to the common things of both phone. The design both phone looks very similar to their predecessors, but they have added full glass back along with 7000 series aluminium frame. This iPhone 8 is powered by Apple’s A11 Bionic processor which is a 6-core processor, first for any Apple processor. There are two highly-powered cores and four power efficient cores. This time Apple has gone for their own GPU instead of Mali GPU in all previous iPhone’s. Talking about the camera there will be video recording option of 4k @ 60fps , which is first time for any smartphone ever. For slow-motion videos there’s support for 1080p @ 240fps. And finally after many requests and taking much time, the company has added support for wireless charging as well as fast charging. Now this is very joyful for Apple lovers.

Speaking about other features, both the devices will have IP68 certification for water and dust resistance. The Touch ID is placed at the front and stereo speakers are present on both phones. This time they also added Bluetooth 5.0 through which we can add more two wireless devices like speakers from the same device. And both the devices runs on iOS 11 out of the box. Both phones will be available in four colour options; Space Grey, Silver and New Gold. No Jet Black this time.
