Facebook the social networking giant has added support for casting videos from your smartphone or desktop. Which means now you can stream videos which appears on the Facebook to the big screen TV.
Google screen casting was there from a long time, but Facebook didn’t shown interest for the screen cast feature. But today, the social networking giants supported for streaming to Google Chromecast device along with the Apple TV set top box. Currently, the Chromecast streaming feature is limited to iOS and web. But Facebook has told that this feature is coming Android soon.
To cast a video, go to Facebook and play the video. You will see a new TV button in the top right corner of the video frame, then simply select Chromecast device you want to stream video from the list of choices. Once you finished with that, your desired video will be on the big screen.
Moreover, this new feature will also allow to see the real time reactions and comments on that video while you seeing it on the big screen. You will also be able to respond to the comments and reactions as well.
