On Twitter you can see a blue tick mark on many brands, celebrities and journalist’s Twitter account. A blue tick mark indicates that the account is verified by Twitter, to prove they are who they claim to be. Now Twitter is offering the ‘Blue Tick’ mark to all users.
You can also get this prestigious ‘Blue Tick Mark’ on your Twitter account by applying for it. The applying process is very simple; all you have to fill a simple form on the Twitter website.

How to get ‘Blue Tick Mark’ on your Twitter account
If you have high quality account that is of public interest can apply. You must have a verified phone number and a confirmed email address. To check that you have these details go to settings page. And your all tweets must be publicly available to view. To check go to the Setting page à ‘Security and Privacy’ and now find ‘Protect my Tweets’ uncheck it, if it is enabled.
User should include a short biography, header and profile photo, birth date and website. If you are missing any one, then add it by clicking the ‘edit button’ on your profile.
To notify you, Twitter will send an email to the registered email address, if your request declined then you can reapply after 30 days.
