Google always tries something to make things easier for its users, now the search giant comes with new search mode called In Apps. These days we depend on apps for different purposes, and it’s really difficult to keep all apps on home screen for quick access. To overcome this issue, Google brings In Apps search mode.
The In Apps search mode will help you to find information from inside apps. To use this feature head to Google app, and tap on the In App tab. For example: just type name of your friend in the In Apps, it will present with details of that guy. Means his telephone number, latest emails etc. or you can use this to listen your favourite song from your music app, or a video.
Currently In Apps support with Gmail, YouTube and Spotify. But the search giant says in its latest blog, that they will add Facebook Messenger, Glide, Evernote, LinkedIn, Todoist and Google Keep very soon.
Now you may be concerning about privacy, but don’t worry guys. The company says the information which you access from In Apps will not sent to Google. And you can also use the In Apps search mode, and can do searches even when you’re offline.
Google also said that the upcoming LG V20 device will be the first one to offer a dedicated shortcut on home screen and second screen to In Apps mode.
