Microsoft has announced in its latest blog that they have acquired Genee, an artificial intelligent service. The software giant will add this service to its Office 365, to make it smarter. The new tool offers scheduling, it is integrated with calendar and email providers to make things easier for your meetings.

How it works
Genee allows you to set up your meeting without looking into the calendar. It works by using CCed in email, and use natural language processing and optimize your contents of email to understand the important things for your meeting. It will send emails automatically to invite for meetings on your behalf.
What will happen to existing users of Genee?

They will stop their service on September 1st, but all the existing entries will remain.
This will be cool addition by Microsoft, and will be handy for large groups because they don’t have to look in calendar.
