So we are getting leaks of Motorola phones almost everyday, few days back the Moto Z2 Play has been spotted on TENAA, revealing some of it’s specs. Now today we got some leaked specs of the same on the popular benchmarking website GFXBench. So what’s inside this Moto Z2 Play according to GFXBench? Let’s find out.
As you can see from the image above, you will notice that this phone sports a 5.5” Full HD 1080p display with at least 5 multi touch points. It comes with Qualcomm’s octa core processor clocked at 2.2Ghz with Adreno 506 GPU. With Adreno 506 GPU I guess the processor should be Snapdragon 626, as earlier leaks are also suggesting the same. It has 4GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage, according to previous leaks most probably expandable.
Now coming to the camera it comes with 12MP Rear Camera with 4K video recording and a 5MP Front Camera. This phone runs on Android 7.1.1 nougat out of the box with Motorola’s near stock UI tweaks. It will have only 1 SIM card slot, so no Dual SIM. But maybe this would be a specific unit for specific regions. This phone have all the basic sensors & it also has NFC for digital money transactions.
So that’s all the information we have as of now. This phone will launch on very soon, maybe on 8th June. As if we go back to this rendered image, the date on the clock widget is 8th June. This might be completely false but as Motorola introduced their Z line-up last year in June, we just can’t simple ignore this date. So stay tuned with us for more information.
